HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer the following shipping options:
- Free UK Delivery on orders over £100
- Standard (Royal Mail 2nd Class, 3–5 days) — £4.50
- Express (Royal Mail Next Day, 1–2 days) — £6.50
- International EU (5–7 days) — £14.95
- International Rest of World (7–10 days) — £20.95
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UK?
Yes! We ship internationally. Delivery to EU countries takes 5–7 days (£14.95) and to the rest of the world takes 7–10 days (£20.95). Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We want you to love your JAMUNI pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Please get in touch at hello@jamuni.co.uk to arrange a return.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
All orders are dispatched from our London studio within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. UK Standard delivery takes 3–5 days, Express takes 1–2 days.
HOW DO YOUR SIZES RUN?
Our products are designed to be true to size. For clothing items like PJ sets, we recommend sizing up if you prefer a relaxed fit. Please refer to the size guide on each product page for specific measurements.
WHAT FABRICS DO YOU USE?
Our ranges are made from 100% cotton. The cotton we use has an open weave, which makes it very breathable and gives it a lovely texture — giving it a similar appearance to linen (without creasing as much!)
We design all the fabrics ourself, in our London-based studio and they are all screen printed on the cotton in small batches and often limited runs.
ARE THEY MACHINE-WASHABLE?
Yes, everything is machine-washable at 30 degrees or cooler.
