Returns & Refunds Policy
At Jamuni, we hope you love every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
* Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
* Be returned in its original packaging where possible.
* Include proof of purchase or your order number.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior contact.
How to Request a Return

* The item(s) you wish to return
* The reason for your return (optional but helpful)
We’ll provide you with the return instructions.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jamunibypoorvi@gmail.com.
Please include:
* Your order number
* A brief description of the issue
* Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible through a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
* Gift cards
* Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
* Personalised or customised products
