Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at jamunibypoorvi@gmail.com.

Returns

If you change your mind, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

* Be unused and in their original condition.
* Be returned with their original packaging where applicable.
* Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
